Common Questions
Am I able to walk-in without a reservation?
— Yes! We offer our “Meet & Greet” for the coos anytime during business hours. You are welcome to walk-in and see if we have tables available.
What if there are no available reserved spots?
— We have been getting busier! If there are no spots on the booking system, please still stop by to meet the coos and have a walk-in table! The menu is very similar to the reservation.
What if my party is larger than 6?
— Please DO NOT use the online booking system. Message us via Instagram. We get many messages and try our best to respond promptly, please send a follow-up if necessary.
Can I book before 12pm?
— No, unfortunately our bookings are only from 12-4pm.
Are dogs allowed?
— Yes, we allow dogs in the tearoom. They are allowed in the viewpoint with the coos, but please keep them close and on leash.
Why did I get taken off the waitlist?
— There are several reasons this could have happened. If you request a time we do not accept reservations, schedule on a day we are closed, or made several reservations.
